This bowless top from Rugged Ridge converts from a full top into a summer brief, without the need for the factory soft top frame. Perfect for switching between a hard top and a summer top. It simply fits over the roll bar for a more aerodynamic Fastback look. Rugged Ridge- 3-year warranty Fits 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Converts from a full top into a summer brief No need for the factory soft top frame (bowless) Window storage fold protects the windows Thick sail cloth fabric and 31% tinted windows Switch to a summer brief by unzipping the side windows and stowing them in the window storage fold designed into the top. Which would work out pretty well for Lamborghini as they have rashly declared that they will deliver a new car at every road show, and with the replacement for the Murcielago cars – LP640/LP650-4/LP670-4 – still some way off, this could be a good solution. They’ve run out of new cars for shows after revealing the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster this week at Frankfurt, so they need to get a bit of a hustle on before the next major show if they’re going to keep their promise.
Nissan recalls Pathfinder, Infiniti QX4 for rusted steering column
Mon, 25 Apr 2011Nissan is recalling at least 195,000 Pathfinder and Infiniti QX4 SUVs sold in 20 cold-weather states and the District of Columbia to inspect steering columns for rust and corrosion. Nissan is concerned that road salt used in these cold-weather states could cause the steering columns to rust through and possibly break off. In January, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration started investigating 35 reports of corrosion-related failure of the driver's-side front strut tower.
