Installation tips: This Air Cleaner base is simple to install and just replaces the drop bases on most 14 inch air cleaners be sure to consider additional height over a recessed base and hood clearance on your application when using this base .

Material	Chrome steel , triple plated Copper / Nickel / Chrome. Visible edge is polished
Air cleaner Flange Size	This air cleaner base has a 5 1/8 air cleaner flange
Thickness	This air cleaner base is referred to as flat but sits approx 3/8 of inch above the carburetor flange to clear accelerator pumps etc. on your carburetor
Diameter	This is designed to work on aftermarket 14 inch diameter air cleaners .
Application	For cars with 5 1/8 neck size that want to raise the air cleaner or Edelbrock carburetors to clear fuel lines and choke housing. Fits all MotorChrome 14 inch round air cleaners and most aftermarket 14 inch round air cleaners as well
Restrictions	Will not work on carburetors with a flange size smaller than 5 1/8 .

Lotus begins bespoke program with Mansory

Lotus is going bespoke with help from Mansory Design, the company said on Monday. Mansory has worked with Lotus on a few special editions before, including the 2011 Evora Concept Bespoke they showed at the 2011 Geneva motor show. Lotus says the car received positive reaction at the show.

The production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C will make its debut at next month's Geneva motor show, two years after the concept appeared. Largely unchanged from the prototype, the 4C retains its mid-engined layout, short and wide proportions (less than 4,000mm long, 2,000mm wide, 1,180mm high and a 2,400mm wheelbase) and broadly similar surfacing. The changes appear to be more focused around productionized details.
