For Electing Ground-shaker to become your provider in subwoofer enclosures. We hope that our online system was quick, efficient and effortless in the process of completing your purchase.
Our policy is to resolve matters quickly and without any difficulty.
We like to be able to leave a good image and hope to meet your expectations.
Therefore: All exchanges or returns and Claims must be made and completed before the 30 days.
Your 30 day warranty will not be in effect until we have been assured by our carrier that the product is in your possession.
You will have 30 days from then to return or exchange.
•If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
To cancel your order, please call our customer service department at 1-213-489-3324
•We will NOT cancel orders via email requests.
•All returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Consumers are eligible for a refund*(after 20% stocking fee) of the product he/she purchased under certain terms. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable. In some cases, the restocking fee can be waived if the value of the returned product is used as store credit. However you will and can only receive your refund *(after the 20% restocking fee)
if you meet the following terms and conditions,
•The product presents no physical damage, has not been tampered with or manipulated.
•A receipt with invoice made by and purchased directly from Ground-Shaker and a valid tracking number
•Evidence of delivery to either of our transit carriers (UPS or FedEx) sent us a valid tracking #.

Terms & Conditions

•When product gets delivered our staff will have to inspect and determine if buyer is eligible for refund. Consumers who would like to Exchange or file a Claim are to do is if the following is presented.
•A receipt with invoice made by and purchased directly from Ground-Shaker.
•A fee paid for return label and shipping expenses.
•Must Pay the difference of the new product *(color, model, size) if one is to be presented
•Evidence that the item is not damaged nor manipulated.
•Valid tracking number created by our carrier (FedEx or UPS).
•Once the product is in our possession and has passed inspection, we will be able to ship out your new product.
It is important to us that your product gets to you on time. •All orders made before 2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped and processed same day.
•Orders made after 2:30 pm pacific standard time will be shipped next day.
Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged or lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and Ground-shaker has received final confirmation of payment.
Please allow an extra day for delivery before filing a claim.
If you would like your product to be shipped to a different address rather than your billing please let your representative know.
Return Shipping. The cost to return merchandise to Ground-Shaker for refunds, exchanges or warranties is the sole responsibility of the customer.
This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return. Ground-Shaker is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with these returns.

The terms "Consumer", "he/she", “you” and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise from our website. We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website.
We are not liable for limited space on vehicles. Keep in mind that our enclosure are made for specific vehicles which have less space than others, and adding an enclosure will eliminate the available space.
We are not liable for unsuited fits of our enclosures in vehicles. Our products are crafted to fit each vehicle. In order to ensure great sound and air space we earmark a 1’’ inch or 2 to all of our enclosures
We are not liable for any misinterpretation on the use of our product, please allow you’re self-time to read all information given to you before purchase. Not all enclosures are made for all models and sizes of subwoofers. We are not liable for any assumptions you make assuming a certain enclosure will fit your vehicle. Just because the make is a year different does not mean there might be a possibility of fitting.
To avoid misleading information on certain subwoofers fitting our enclosures please contact our customer service or read our enclosure description.
We are not liable for any false advertising on subwoofers that assure you a perfect fit in our enclosures.
We reserve the right to refuse any other form of payment rather than debit card or credit card. All personal information is not saved nor is it distributed. Consumer information is confidential and shall not be kept or given out unless asked for and by Ground-shaker Staff to comply or finish the process of a sale. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.
