PAYMENT
Payment is due within 4 business days of purchase, then E-BAY automatically opens an unpaid item claim..
Payments are processed for fulfillment when I get home in the early AM.
If paid by PayPal I will only ship to the PayPal confirmed or approved shipping address that you choose at time of payment.
I also accept Checks from buyers with a positive feedback score of 10 or more. Checks can take 10 days to clear my bank and your bank. Sending a check via pay pal is faster.
Shipping & Handling Time
Orders ship between 1 to 3 business days after payment is made. I can not control shipment times after we ship.
Most items are shipped through USPS. If shipped via UPS, there will be an additional handling charge of $2.00
Once Postage is purchased, EBAY automatically sends the buyer a message with the Tracking #.

Some items are big and bulky and when I do not pre package an item, I take a "guess" at ship fees, and the listed amount will be ball park but generally high. Please do not pay the invoice till I can get you an accurate ship quote. If you pay before I get the item packaged and send you an exact ship price, then I will send you a refund on the excess promptly when postage is paid

International Shipping
Please check shipping costs BEFORE you bid, buy, or place a BEST OFFER.
You will generally be offered 2-3 choices to choose from. USPS first class mail international is generally the cheapest.
Most International shipments do not have "tracking" numbers, only customs form numbers which are not useful for online tracking.
It can take 5 weeks to arrive. Once the item is delivered to the shipping company, I do not know where it is nor when it will arrive.

If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.

I ship and list items in the early AM hours when I get home from work, and package, answer questions usually very quickly except for holidays, Vacations and the times i am riding the scoot. I have family, friends and hobbies, the internet may run 24/7 but I try to balance my interests.
