- HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING - SHOP4WHEEL closes around 8-10 days during Christmas season. All the orders will delay up to 10 days.

- RETURN REPORT - All returns must be reported within 5 days after you receive your order.
- RMA REQUIRED - Any items returned without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us if item is wrong or defective within 5 days after the delivery date to obtain a RMA #.
- S/H FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - Shipping and handling are NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases .It is customers' responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. (Unless it's wrong merchandise)
- RETURN CHARGE -
- Freight Cost - 20% of merchandise value (as freight cost) will be charged if goods initial purchase in free shipping. >
- Restocking Fee - 25% of merchandise value will be charged.

- REFUND ACCEPTABLE TERMS - Item must be returned with original condition (unused, completed package) or the refund won't be issued. Unmounted wheel required. Please do not mount wheels if you find the damage on wheels. Refund (excluding freight cost & restocking fee) will be processed after we receive the perfect original condition package.
- RETURN INSTRUCTION - We will email you the Return Instructions if return happens.
- CLAIM - A claim will be filed with the shipping company for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
