This auction is for a used set of ORIGINAL Mercedes Benz 2002-2005 G500 wheels and Hankook Ventus AS RH07 265/60/18 tires. They are in very nice overall condition but do have some minor cosmetic blemishes so please view the photos. There is approximately 8/32 of tread left on each tire and new they come with 12/32. They are a 65,000 mile tire so you should get at least another 35,000 miles out of these. The wheels are the ORIGINAL Mercedes Benz finish and have not been remanufactured, refinished, or altered in anyway. The TPMS sensors are not included but your TPMS should fit into these wheels. Hyundai ix35 / Tucson ix launched
Tue, 25 Aug 2009Hyundai has launched the ix35 / Tucson ix in Korea We reported a few days ago on the new Hyundai Tucson – the Hyundai ix35 in Europe – but we won’t get the release in Europe until Frankfurt, although there will be more dribbles of info before then. Still, interesting to look at the ix35 launch in its home market, where it will be known as the Hyundai Tucson ix. This is yet another car from Hyundai that will create a few waves of consternation amongst established names like Ford and VW.
VW E-Bugster – it’s the electric love-child of a Beetle and a Porsche 356
Wed, 11 Jan 2012VW E-Bugster Volkswagen has revealed the VW E-Bugster at the Detroit Auto Show, a squashed VW Beetle with big wheels and the electric motor from the Golf EV. Maybe it’s early and our eyes and brains aren’t in gear yet. But the VW E-Bugster – an electric customised VW Beetle – looks like it’s a cross between a California surfin’ chopped Beetle and a Porsche 356.
December debut for Bentley GT3 racer
Tue, 01 Oct 2013THE CONTINENTAL GT3 racing car will make its competitive debut at December’s Gulf 12 Hours race in Abu Dhabi, it has been confirmed. The 600bhp, twin-turbo V8 racer is the first Bentley model to hit the race track since 2003, when the Crewe-based outfit won the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This time Bentley will, officially at least, only use the two-part endurance race as a test to gauge the performance of the Continental GT3 ahead of a full entry into the 2014 FIA Blancpain GT3 racing championship.
