Really nice vintage Boyce motometer Midget Radiator Cap With brass 'dog bone' handle. Please look at photos closely, they are part of the description. Does have some minor scratches and nicks from age. Needs a good cleaning/ restoration. Bottom opening is approx. 1 3/4 inches across. Threads all seem good. Ask questions before bidding. Porsche 911 Carrera S recall is announced for a fuel-line problem

Porsche will recall selected 2012 911 Carrera S models to repair a problem with a fuel line. The company says interference between a coolant line and the fuel line might cause the fuel line to disconnect at a quick connector. If the fuel line becomes disconnected, a leak might occur, leading to misfiring or stalling.

GM Advanced Design California celebrates 10th Anniversary

On the eve of the 2010 LA Auto Show, GM's California Advanced Design Studio opened its doors in North Hollywood, to celebrate its 10th Anniversary. Based in a former bakery, the studio occupies a relatively small space in North Hollywood/Burbank with studio warehouses and small outbuildings sharing the plot, creating an environment that – if not for the palm trees – could easily double for the artisan workshops of a firm in old Europe. Yet on the night itself, the studio took on an altogether ethereal appearance – light-filled globes floated above the buildings and grounds, casting a blue/white hue across the venue.

Strip away the ice-racing livery – this is being presented as Alain Prost's ice slider for the 2011-12 Trophee Andros – and this is the new Dacia Lodgy, as revealed in our artist's impression. That unusual name signifies the budget brand's new small MPV, which could come to the UK. We won't see the new Lodgy in roadgoing spec until spring 2012, but we hear it could join the Dacia Duster and Sandero when UK sales begin next year.
