This is a hood from a early 1920's Franklin. I believe it came from a Model 9B or 10C but am not sure. Please tell me if you know. It has some slight dents that could be smoothed out the aluminum has deteriorated some where it overlapped. Otherwise in good condition. This would make a killer modified to sprint car style racer. Check out the pic of a 27 T roadster with this hood and grill on it from back in the days. This is a rare find so make sure to get this one here while you can! VW Passat Bluemotion 2 (2008) unveiled

Replacing the current Bluemotion model, the Mk2 Bluemotion is powered by a 110bhp 2.0-litre common rail diesel that’s been recalibrated with a lower idle rate and fitted with a switchable start/stop system to cut emissions and boost economy. When it arrives here in January, the Passat will post a combined economy figure of 57.6mpg and a CO2 rating of 128 g/km - useful savings compared to the outgoing 1.9-litre 105bhp BlueMotion model (55.4mpg and 136 g/km).
Bugatti reveals footage of record-setting open-top run
Mon, 29 Apr 2013In case there was any doubt, Bugatti posted footage on Monday of its $2.6 million Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse hitting a record-setting 254.04 mph at Volkswagen's Ehra-Lessien test track. Chinese racing driver Anthony Liu was behind the wheel. If you'll remember, when Bugatti had its hardtop top-speed record pulled, it quickly set this test in motion to quiet any detractors.
