This Corvette Outside Mirror was used by the previous owner on his 1977 Corvette. It looks like this style mirror was used on 1975 thru 1979 Corvettes.
Brand:Chevrolet Surface Finish:Chrome Placement on Vehicle:Left Warranty:No

NOTE: I have TWO of these - this one is the better of the two, get one soon / NOW before they are all gone. Up for Sale is USED Corvette Left Hand Side outside mirror. This one needs a good cleaning & polishing, but still seems to be in nice shape. Previous owner had used this mirror on his 1977 Corvette - but I believe this mirror was used on 1975 thru 1979 Vettes. Noticed that this mirror has the following stamped inside the mirror bottom - "NH" and "1965" - don't know if that is a model number or the year this was used. I know the previous owner told me that this style mirror may not have been original on many Corvettes, but it could be used on many and many Vette people did just that. The mirror face on this assembly is 6" wide by 3-3/8" high / tall. Picked this up at an estate sale recently to get a few parts I needed for my rat rod - get your replacement of extra mirror here now. Stored inside for many years, nice & clean - from a local mans shop - he had a few older Vettes. Please look at the pics. May also fit or be used on other years or models  - I don't know. Maybe someone can use this on their car or project or RatRod.

Thanks for Looking.

Changes Coming to the Petersen?

Tue, 16 Jul 2013

If the idea was to get everyone talking about it, then the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles has succeeded. The Petersen, one of the greatest automotive institutions in the country, is anonymously selling 64 of its cars at a relatively low-key auction, leaving 300 behind in its Wilshire Blvd. home.

Porsche Cayenne (2010 / 2011) teased

Sat, 13 Feb 2010

Porsche has 'Teased' the 2010/2011 Cayenne on its UK website Blimey, even Porsche are now playing the ‘Tease’ game with new car launches. What’s the world coming too? But this tease of the 2011 Porsche Cayenne is a little more subtle than the endless bombardment of teaser photos we get from many car makers these days.
