This AUCTION is for the NOS ORIGINAL 1942 FORD DASHBOARD WATER TEMPERATURE GAUGE shown. This gauge was supplied on all 1942 FORD passenger cars. It has part number 21A-10883. This gauge is a nice new item and is packaged in the original box. The photos show the condition of this gauge which is very close to being like the day it was new. I have not attempted to test it but I expect it will work perfectly. Since this is a 72 year old electrical part I can not make a guarantee as to how well it works. This gauge is being offered at a very reasonable price. The last shenanigans we had with Nurburgring records was with the Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR setting a Nurburgring time of 7:12.13 which, although very quick – and claimed as a Nurburgring record – wasn’t actually a record at all. Although we do have sympathy with our colonial cousins who believe its validity is greater than that of cars like the Radical.
New Mercedes S 65 AMG revealed as S-Class range-topper
Fri, 08 Nov 2013The 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG (pictured) revealed ahead of LA & Tokyo debuts We’re assuming that the new 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG will remain the new range-topper for the S-Class, but with Pullman versions of the S-Class still to come – perhaps with the Maybach badge – that’s not a certainty. But for now, the newly-revealed S65 AMG is indeed the top of the range in the new S-Class and will get its public debut at both the Los Angles and Tokyo Motor Shows later this month. We’ve actually already seen a photo of the new S65 AMG back in September when Mercedes were busy filming a promo, but now we get the full details ahead of debut.
