IF THIS SELLS, I WILL ENCLOSE IT CAREFULLY WITHIN A LENGTH OF PVC PIPE.  THE PART ITSELF IS 76 INCHES IN LENGTH.  THE LENGTH AND GIRTH OF THE RESULTING PACKAGE LIKELY WILL MAKE IT TOO LONG TO TRAVEL UNDER EBAY'S GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM.

THIS IS A TOUGH ITEM TO LOCATE.  A DIECAST QUARTER PANEL MOLDING FOR THE LEFT OR DRIVER SIDE OF 1949 BUICK ROADMASTER HARDTOPS AND CONVERTIBLES ONLY WHEN FITTED WITH THE OPTIONAL SWEEPSPEAR MOLDING PACKAGE.  THIS IS USED AND HAS SOME PITS.  THERE IS ALSO A BIT OF A WAVE IN THIS MOLDING WHEN VIEWED DOWN ITS LENGTH.  THIS COULD BE CORRECTED IF THE MOLDING WAS SENT FOR SHOW RECHROME.  I BELIEVE THIS WOULD SNUG UP SATISFACTORILY, THOUGH PERHAPS NOT PERFECTLY,  AGAINST THE QUARTER PANEL IF THE INTENT WAS TO USE THIS MOLDING  AS IS.  PLEASE CHECK ALL THE PICTURES.

The Toyota Auris Hybrid, which will debut at Frankfurt The Auris Hybrid will be the first Toyota Hybrid to be built in Europe – at Toyota’s UK plant. Scheduled to go on sale in the second half of 2010, the Auris hybrid utilises the same powertrain as the third-gen Prius, namely a 1.8 litre, 97bhp petrol engine with a bank of nickel-metal hydride batteries and an electric motor. This will give the Auris Hybrid a 0-60 mph time of around 10 seconds and emissions below the critical 100g/km (not 99g/km, by any chance?).

2012 BMW 1-Series - now from BMW When we reported that the 2012 BMW 1 Series had leaked out yesterday, we did say it wouldn’t take long for BMW to release details officially, especially as there were so many official photos of the 2012 1-Series. In the end it took all of 24 hours for BMW to get it together and send us details, which lets us fill in the gaps from yesterday on detail, although there’s really nothing new on the photo front. We know from yesterday that the 2012 BMW 1-Series is bigger than the outgoing car, and that the styling, particularly on the nose, is a more confident statement than before.

WITH VIDEO -- Chevrolet Corvette buyers can already take delivery of their car at the National Corvette Museum, get professional driver training and watch their cars being built. Now, General Motors will let them build the engine. GM is offering buyers of the 2011 Corvette ZR1 and Z06 models the chance to build the engines for their cars.
