This auction is for a used ORIGINAL battery floor cover plate and battery tray hold down off a 1949 GMC truck. These items may fit other years and models but you will have to do your research before bidding. Chevy&GMC 1947-1954 Items do have scuffs/scratches and pitting see pictures. Both pieces have been somewhat cleaned, you can use as is or primer/paint your color. Cover plate:Part # Capital N with a S and C (see picture). Handle on cover plate moves freely. Tue, 11 Mar 2014The new MINI One (pictured) revealed in Geneva The big news for the Geneva Motor Show and MINI – apart from the display of the new MINI Cooper and Cooper S – was supposed to be the MINI Clubman Concept, a first look at the new Clubman in all its over-sized glory. But lurking on MINI’s stand in Geneva is also the new entry-level MINI – the new MINI One (pictured above). With a lesser spec than its siblings, the new MINI One comes with a body coloured roof, less butch front bumper and smaller wheels and an all round pruned-down spec.
AA warns of 'exceptional' bank holiday traffic
Thu, 22 May 2014THIS YEAR’S Whitsun Bank Holiday is likely to be one of the busiest on the roads in recent years as it coincides with the start of half term for many families, according to the AA and traffic information specialist Trafficmaster. As schools in England and Wales take their half-term break during the last week of May, coinciding with the Late Spring Bank Holiday on Monday, 26th May, traffic is likely to be exceptionally busy on main trunk routes. Although the weather presents a potentially mixed picture for the bank holiday weekend, the AA estimates that up to 17 million cars could be on Britain’s roads.
BMW and Toyota announce diesel-engine, green-technology tie-up
