1950 Ford Driver Side Parking Light Housing, Crestliner, Sedan, Coupe, Conv. on 2040-parts.com
Zimmerman, Minnesota, US
This parking light housing came off of the driver side of a 1950 ford. It has been rechromed but it was poorly done. Just under where the lense goes it looks like they rechromed over the pitting. And to the left of that there is a screw head that they chromed right over. You can take the screw out, but then you will have a hole there. The back side looks kind of rough also. The finish is not show but it may be ok for a nice driver quality car. Thank you for your interest.

Low-mile Corvette stunner one of many at Florida auction
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Sometimes we have to wonder about the rationality of those who squirrel low-mileage cars away for decades. It leads us to ask, why? Why make so much of an investment in a car if its very intention is not to be driven?

Fuel cell Hyundai powers ecosystem installation
Mon, 21 Oct 2013IN AN UNUSUAL combination of motoring and gardening, car manufacturer Hyundai has created a design installation consisting of a aquaponics ecosystem powered by the emissions from its fuel-cell vehicle. Aquaponics is a sustainable method of farming that combines growing plants in water (hydroponics) and aquaculture (raising fish in tanks). Unlike any other fuel-powered vehicle, the hyrdrogen fuel cell ix35 emits nothing other than water when being driven.
