This is an NOS non-power brake pedal and shoe assembly with automatic transmission. This pedal was used on all 1952-1956 Ford passenger cars and all 1955-1957 Thunderbirds.  This brake pedal is a Ford original which has the "FoMoCo" and the Ford engineering # raised on the backside.
