Up for bid is this 1953 Kaiser Dragon hood ornament. It is 14k gold plated. Note that one mounting stud is broke however the other mounts should be enough to hold ornament securely. Also, if you choose the stud could always be drilled out. Good original condition hood ornament in rare gold option for the Kaiser Dragon. UK pays £30 million a month in parking fines

So far in 2013, councils have handed out over 890,000 tickets a month – an increase of 4% on 2012 figures. The huge £30 million total is based on the UK average parking fine of £42.
