This is an original pair of RH & LH front bumper jacking plates.  These jacking plates are uniquely Thunderbird and were used on all 1955 and 1956 Thunderbirds.   They bolt inside the front bumper on the RH and LH sides.  They were glass beaded and painted black.  They came from a west coast '55 Bird and have no nasty pitting, damage or repairs.  Unlike the reproductions, these original jacking plate are made of a tempered spring steel and have the correct curvature from side to side and top to bottom which fits correctly into the backside of the front bumper.  See my eBay Store for more Ford,Thunderbird, Lincoln and Mercury parts.  Payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction.  We charge actual shipping, are glad to combine shipping or your welcome to pick it up at our shop.  Thanks!

Peugeot 308

Tue, 14 May 2013

The new 308 sits on PSA's new EMP2 modular platform, which will underpin future Peugeot and Citroën C- and D-segment cars in much the same way as the VW Group's MQB chassis. The upshot for the designers is its flexibility, specifically in terms of proportions.
