BMW 6-series M-Sport Edition available in July

If you're in the market for a BMW 6-series -- including the low-slung Gran Coupe -- but don't have the extra coin to step into an M6 or the M6 Gran Coupe, then BMW has the answer for you with its newly minted M-Sport Edition Package. Available for all model and engine ranges of the 6-series, Gran Coupe and convertible, the M-Sport Edition Package comes with an M aerodynamics group, 19-inch M light-alloy wheels, LED adaptive headlights and fog lamps, high-gloss Shadow Line trim, black brake calipers and dark polished chrome exhaust pipes. Fisker Karma recalled over fire risk

The Fisker Karma range-extender EV is being recalled over a fire risk from a faulty cooling fan. We’re not sure how many Fisker Karmas there are in the UK (well, there should be at least one), but so far it appears that there are a surprising 1,900 in the wild. Now those 1,900 (or 2,400 if you count all the Karamas built and heading for customers) are to be recalled after fire destroyed two Karmas in the US.

Fords at SEMA – A Preview

Ford has the biggest display space of any manufacturer at SEMA – 27,000 square feet – and plans to pack it with every kind of truck, tuner and Transit Connect. Yes, this year at SEMA Ford will have ten customized Transit Connect small business haulers in a celebration it's calling “Vandemonium.” So far we have a picture of just of one of them, the “TC – Pentech,” a Transit Connect with two driving simulators in the back. Info on the other nine hasn't been released yet but suffice to say Vandemonium could make the Transit Connect the PC Cruiser of the new millennium.
