:

1955 Jaguar VII parts car.
This project car is a real barn find.  From what I understand the previous owner had rebuilt the original engine 15 years ago.  The owner's health was bad and he passed away.
It sat in his garage with no exposure to the weather.    Comes with the original inline 6, 3.5 liter engine (same engine used in the XK 140 sports cars for many years)  original automatic transmission, original seats, door panels, dash, glass, fender skirts and too much else to list
All aspects of the car are functional and many parts have been restored already... All original interior including a wooden dash is in good condition.
The wheels roll, and many of the parts are very solid.   Floor pans and frame are solid.  The car does have rust on the rocker panels below the doors, as seen in the pictures.
This is a non running car, and must be towed or put on trailer for removal.
I do have a clear title for the car

email with any questions
I would be willing to deliver the car in a reasonable distance from central Wisconsin.   $1.50 per mile one way.
Shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer.

Starting bid of $3595.00
down deposit of $500.00 must be paid within 3 days of auction ending.  balance paid within 7 days or when car is picked up

Road Safety Group Asks If Driving Test Is Fit For Purpose

Thu, 17 Apr 2014

THE Institute Of Advanced Motorists (IAM) is asking the thorny question of whether the standard driving test is still fit for purpose. This comes on the back of a new poll from Vision Critical and the IAM, which uncovered that 30% of young drivers (aged 18-25) admit to breaking the law during their first few years on the road. Furthermore, despite spending many weeks learning to pass the test, 68% of younger drivers feel that they need to improve while 25% admit to crashing.

Mini and Miles Ahead team up for teen driving school at Indy

Thu, 06 Oct 2011

Mini has teamed up with new teen driving school Miles Ahead to bring licensed youth to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and train them to drive properly. Indy 500 veteran Stephan Gregoire founded the effort to combat the high number of crashes, injuries and deaths involving teenage drivers. The chance of a teen crashing in the first three years of driving is 82.9 percent, according to Mini, and a 16-year-old is 20 times more likely to be killed in a crash than an adult.
