Once we receive the return it will be inspected and a resolution will be determined. If the inspection determines that the part is defective or not the correct item, we will exchange it if another part is available or refund you if we do not have more of that item. If our inspection determines that the part has been altered or damaged in any way by the customer there will be no possibility of refund. Damage resulting from mishandling, attempted installation, and inadequate return packaging all apply. It’s all done in a very good cause – BBC Children in Need – and the sum raised, for what is effectively a four day jaunt in decent Ferraris, is simply astonishing. This year Chris and the Ferraris raised a whopping £1.1 million for Children in Need thanks to the generosity of those who bid to get one of the places in Chris’s Ferrari trip round South East England.
