I think this a 1960 or 1961 Oldsmobile 88 Steering Wheel and Horn Ring. Please do your research to determine it application. It is dirty and will need to be cleaned. The horn ring has some small pits but should clean up with 0000 steel wool. The steering wheel has cracks as the pictures show. Please look at my other items for sale.
