This is a used SET of FOUR Vintage 15" WHEEL COVERS / HUB CAPS. These have been sitting in the garage for nearly 30 years. They have some tiny dings here and there, but overall look very nice for their age. I was not able to find any markings on them and the center badge is a generic crest that does not correspond to any of the period automakers. This leads me to believe that they are aftermarket accessories. These would be perfect for a vintage driver. Take a look at My Other Listings for some Delco Remy Generator, Frigidaire Compressor and a Delco Remy Starter for Corvette. Thanks for looking.

Citroen Cactus Concept revealed

Thu, 05 Sep 2013

The Citroen Cactus Concept (pictured) has been revealed When the Citroen Cactus Concept was teased a week or so ago, we reckoned it looked like the first look at a simpler ‘C’ range of cars from Citroen with a touch of the urban warrior thrown in. And that seems to be exactly what it is. At 4210mm long, the Citroen Cactus is a bit shorter than the C4, but gets a rufty-tufty stance and looks like a crossover made for the urban jungle.

Arutunoff, known as Toly to his friends, was on his way to the Sports Car Club of America convention in Las Vegas when he stopped to help a stranded driver along Interstate 40 in Amarillo, Texas.

The scramble for scarce tires

Mon, 27 Jun 2011

North American automakers are struggling with a nagging shortage of tires, caused in part by tire plant closings and rising demand for low-volume specialty tires. Automakers are paying much higher prices -- double-digit percentage increases from a year ago -- as tire makers gain pricing power. "We have been bombarded from every side for additional tires, and we can't keep up," said David O'Donnell, Continental Tire's vice president of original equipment in the Americas.
