From a Model 62 Coupe. I believe this is from the right hand or passenger side. One end of the longer piece is slanted from left to right when viewing the piece with the flat end on your right. In other words, it is longer at the bottom than the top when viewed this way. Does not include fender skirt piece, just front and rear of wheel opening. No mounting hardware. Both pieces are straight with no tweaks or bends. The front piece has a 2 1/4 inch light scrape on the leading edge. The long piece has a few very small rock nicks and some road rash and scratches. Good for a driver or local show.

We will combine shipping on multiple auctions whenever possible. Some parts are not shipping compatible. If you win more than one item and they are shipping compatible please do not use eBay checkout. Instead, we will send you an updated invoice with combined shipping.

Porsche Museum hosts Colección Goméz

Tue, 20 Sep 2011

The Porsche Design Museum is opening a new special exhibition today, September 20th. Called the ‘Colección Goméz' the museum will display 24 works of art created by 19 South American artists who have used Porsche 911 GT2 hoods pressed into service as a ‘canvass'. The new exhibition is the brainchild of Jorge Gómez, both an art lover and big fan of the Porsche brand.

Pebble Beach: Tour Terrific

Fri, 19 Aug 2011

These ain't no trailer queens. While you might expect that a car that cost more than a million dollars to restore beyond its original glory would be something you'd keep in a sealed zip-lock freezer bag in the guarded basement of a museum, the vast majority of the entries in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance are actually driven on the street. Or at least they are driven once before the big show.

MINI JCW Roadster rides the ‘Ring

Wed, 06 Jul 2011

MINI JCW Roadster pounding the Nurburgring Now we’ve got the MINI Coupe out in the open, with and without its swirly black and white camouflage, it must be close to MINI doing the same with the Roadster. Which is probably why we have spy photos of the MINI JCW Roadster pounding round the Nurburgring – last shakedowns, we assume. Because we can’t imagine MINI dragging out the reveal of the production model Roadster much past Frankfurt – if it takes that long – which will be a full two years on from when MINI first revealed the 2-seater MINI Roadster – the soft top twin of the MINI Coupe.
