This Print features the 1961 Buick Lesabre Bubbletop. It is one of my 8" X 10" Black & White Classic Car Art Print from my original drawings. I used HB, 2B, 2H, and 5H, Pencils. I also used a micron archival ink pen for the very dark areas. It is printed on heavy weight mat stock with pigment-based archival ink, to insure years of viewing pleasure. This print can be hung on the wall as-is or matted and placed in an 11" X 14" frame. It is new and hand signed by automobile artist, Stephen Rooks. I also will do custom drawings of your car. Mon, 22 Aug 2011New Kia Rio - on sale 1st September Last week we had the reveal of the 3-door Kia Picanto, and today confirmation that the 2012 Kia Rio - revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in the Spring and first cousin to the Hyundai i20 – will be on sale in the UK on 1st September from just £10,595. Busy times for Kia. The new Kia Rio will launch as a five door, but we can expect to see a sportier three door version in the New Year.
More Saab products coming, Muller says
Thu, 05 Aug 2010Saab's new Dutch owner, Spyker Cars NV, intends to spin additional models off its new Phoenix platform after it yields a redesigned Saab 9-3. Saab dealers will receive the latest 9-3 in 2012, Spyker founder and Saab Automobile AB Chairman Victor Muller said Thursday at the CAR Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, Mich. The dealers, who have been starved for product as former owner General Motors attempted to sell or liquidate the brand, also will obtain a Cadillac-based 9-4X crossover when it goes into production in April 2011 in Mexico.
Viva La Viva
Wed, 10 Sep 2014VAUXHALL is to resurrect the Viva name as it plans to launch an entry-level car to sit alongside its Mini rival the Adam and soon to be launched new Corsa supermini. For now the car maker isn’t giving much away, although it has revealed that the new car will be a five-door model. And while the new Viva will be a significant step up in terms of refinement and sophistication over its 1963 namesake, it’s clear that Vauxhall is keen to tap into the current trend for producing low cost cars that’s proved so successful for the likes of Dacia.
