DESCRIPTION: You are buying a very nice condition AM radio removed from a 1961 Galaxie. There is no major pitting to the chrome face. The guy I bought this from swears that it worked perfectly before it was removed and placed into storage back in the early 1990s. I have not tested it to verify this. All the functions checks seem to work properly. Volume control knob and tuning knobs turn nicely with no wobble or hesitation. The tuning knob moves the needle as expected. All the presets save to the desired stations. The only visible flaw is the tuning needle seems to have tilted and does not line up straight.
