Up for sale a professionally rebuilt and detailed early 1963 406 Tri Power engine and Borg Warner T10 4 Speed. This engine has been completely overhauled and is complete from fan blade to tail housing. Freshly Dyno-ed and is turn key. The rebuild included boring and honing the block to 4.165, resurfacing the deck, ground, polished and balanced crank shaft, resized connecting rods. New 10.55-1 compression Diamond pistons. New Howard's roller camshaft. The heads were resurfaced and filled with new valves, guides, springsand hardened seats. they were topped off with adjustable rockers. Original dual point distributor was rebuilt and converted to a Crane electronic ignition. Original 406 Balancer was sent to Damper Dudes and re-sleeved. All 3 carburetors were sent to Joe Bunetic (www.ford6v.com) for complete rebuild and re-color. New water pump, fuel pump, coil, fuel filter canister, carb linkage, fuel log and clutch. Rebuilt starter, and generator. The block was primed with epoxy then painted with acrylic enamel. All pulleys, brackets, road draft tube, bell housing, clutch fork, fan, have been powder coated. The exhaust manifolds were resurfaced and ceramic coated. The air cleaner lid and intake manifold has been powder coated in satin clear. Original Valve covers were re-chromed. The plug wires, belt and hoses are concourse correct items from Marti Auto Works. T-10 4 speed has had a complete overhaul also, and is finished off with a professionally rebuild shifter with re-chromed handle. (Dyno sheets and receipts are available by request).
