Brand new Cobra steering wheel made to fit 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury cars like: BULLITT, Mustang, Falcon, Cougar, Torino, Cyclone, Shelby GT350, or Shelby GT500.This is in no way an original or a correct Shelby steering wheel. I put it together to be an afforable alternative for those building a Shelby Tribute car, BULLITT, or other classic. This wheel has a nice look. Rare 4 holes per spoke. 15 inch diameter, and hard black rubber finger grip. Wheel is simiar to a SUPERIOR "the 500" wheel. The chrome is in perfect condition.

This steering wheel is BRAND NEW. I have also added a new horn button, hub, and collar. Horn button has been bench tested and works perfectly! Feel free to ask questions if you need clarification. I am an honest seller and will be happy to tell you more about this steering wheel.

Let me know what year car you are working on so I can make this correct for your application as there are small differences in column diameter and turn signal cancel.

Last pictures shows this steering wheel in a great looking Falcon. You can also stand out with this unique and classic wheel. Don't miss out!

Audi planning their own version of the electric VW e-Up

Sat, 27 Apr 2013

Perhaps the most promising EVs from Audi so far have been the A2 EV (pictured above) and the A1 range extender with a small Wankel engine in the boot to charge the battery. But even they were dropped from Audi’s production plans last year. But now it seems Audi are back in the production EV game with plans to produce an Audi e-tron using the underpinnings of the electric VW e-Up, but with Audi styling and an upmarket Audi interior and high-end Infotainment.

Design Essay: Are smart roads just around the corner?

Wed, 07 May 2014

In order to remain relevant, the car must constantly evolve. But while almost all attention focuses on four wheels, the roads that facilitate an automobile's progress have remained relatively unaltered since Eisenhower formed the National Highway system in the 1950s. With environmental concerns getting ever higher on the agenda, there is an opportunity to think outside the (metal) box and rethink the road, making it as smart as the vehicles and devices that travel upon it.
