The eight production-ready Hydrogen 7 luxo-barges are produced on the same production line as the standard 7-series in Munich and meet all current safety and crash regulations. They form part of a 100-strong fleet of liquid hydrogen–powered 7-series models that spearhead BMW’s CleanEnergy programme, and in the UK will be used at high-profile events around the country to underline their environmental profile.

Chrysler's heavy-duty Ram pickups are on the way to dealers

Chrysler's Ram line of 2010 heavy-duty pickups, the first new vehicles to debut since the automaker emerged from bankruptcy in June, will begin arriving in dealerships within three weeks. They are also the first products launched under the new Ram brand since Chrysler Group CEO Sergio Marchionne split the Dodge car and Dodge Ram truck lines. The brands are now run as separate businesses, with their own profit and loss accountability.

BMW Z4 M Sport Package released

BMW is to debut the M Sport Package for the Z4 at the Detroit Auto Show Back in September we brought you some pictures of what at first glance appeared to be a BMW Z4M, despite BMW making it clear that they are not going to build an M car this time round. But it actually turned out to be a Z4 with M Sport Package zapping round the Nurburgring looking, to all intents and purposes, like a new hot Z4. Almost three months on BMW has finally got round to revealing the M Sport Package for the Z4 which will – just like the BMW Z4 sDrive35is we reported on yesterday – debut at the Detroit Motor Show in  January 2010.
