WHAT YOU ARE VIEWING IS AN 1967-68 REBUILT TOPLOADER 4 SPEED WIDE RATIO TRANSMISSION WITH A 2.78. 1st. GEAR. THAT WAS ORIGINAL REMOVED FROM A 1967 MUSTANG WITH A 289ci V-8 THIS IS A 10 SPLINE IN, WITH 28 SPLINE OUT. THIS ALSO CORRECT FOR A 1967-68 MUSTANG 289&302, AND 1967-68 MERCURY COUGAR 289-302 V-8. THIS UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT. USING A MASTER REBUILD KIT, SYSCHRO SPRINGS & KEY KIT, NEW CLUSTER PIN, THIS KIT ALSO INCLUDES 4 NEW BRASS RINGS, BEARINGS, ROLLER AND NEEDLE. TAIL STOCK BUSHING, "O" RINGS, THRUST WASHERS, SNAP RINGS, SEALS. GASKETS, ETC. ALSO A NEW 7 TOOTH SPEED O DRIVE GEAR. THE CASE WAS COOKED THEN BEADED AND RECEIVED A DOUBLE WASH. AN EAR WAS NOTICED TO BE ALMOST CRACKED OFF ON THE LEFT HAND TOP. IT WAS GROUND & WELDED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. AND VERY NICELY DONE. PLEASE NOTE ALL (PIC'S) THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE. Euro NCAP gets tough on whiplash

Wed, 13 Oct 2010Buick is cloning real-world roads so they can be used to virtual test cars. Engineers use cameras and a laser to scan the road surface and to create a three-dimensional virtual copy. Buick has used this system to replicate the road leading to the Cerro del Cubilete shrine in Mexico.
