THIS UNIT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITON AS DEPICTED IN THE PHOTOS - THE UNIT SHOWN IS THE ACTUAL UNIT YOU WILL RECIEVE. PLEASE NOTICE PHOTOS NO.8 & NO.9 WHEREBY I AM POINTING TO THE "Y" DISCHARGE PORT LOCATION. IT IS AT THIS "Y" LOCATION THAT MOST OF THE 1967 ELDORADO MANIFOLDS ARE CRACKED,... HOWEVER THIS UNIT HAS NO VISIBLE CRACKS AT THIS COMMON FAILURE LOCATION.

THIS UNIT IS NOT PAINTED  ,.. RATHER THIS IS THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE UNIT AS REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE AND SUBSEQUENTLY KEPT IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE FOR 40 YEARS WRAPPED IN CELLOPHANE. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE TYPICAL PERVASSIVE RUST FOUND ON MOST ALL USED EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. THIS IS A VERY NICE VERY CLEAN UNIT AND HAS NOT BEEN PAINTED SO YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT CRACKS/FLAWS BEING COVERED UP WITH PAINT.

FH Joanneum Graz - KTM project

Industrial Design students in the 6th term at the University for Applied Science, FH Joanneum Graz, Austria showed concepts created in a KTM-sponsored project entitled 'KTM Superbrand' earlier this summer. Unlike typical transportation projects, this project called for students to create a product that would develop the transportation brand and push it to the next level. The brief asked students to develop a '2, 3, 4 or no wheel' niche product, which translated KTM values into a world 10 years from now.

The new BMW 2 Series (pictured) gets a range of M Performance Parts The opposite side of the coin from debadging your high-end BMW so no one knows you’re packing a big punch is adding M Performance parts to turn your lowly diesel in to something that looks like it will win every traffic light grand prix going. And when the new BMW 2 Series Coupe – the replacement for the 1 Series Coupe – arrives in the UK in March 2014, buyers will have a wide range of options from the BMW M Performance Parts offerings to tweak the interior and exterior looks, suspension and the engine. Power upgrades are available for the 220d Coupe which increase the output of the 4-cylinder diesel by 16bhp and adds an extra 29lb/ft of torque for a new output of 197bhp and 310lb/ft of torque, despite which official economy figures remain unchanged.

Johnson Controls engineer presents 'Driven Mavens' free design tutorial videos

Free online video tutorials on the car design process are being presented on an interactive blog launched by a Johnson Controls lead engineer. Arvind Ramkrishna, who has worked in the automotive sector for over 10 years, set up ‘Driven Mavens' to teach students and enthusiasts how to design cars using both traditional methods and the latest digital software. Two full free courses are offered, one of which is ‘How to Draw Cars: Drawing in Perspective'.
