Weirton, West Virginia, United States
Condition:Remanufactured Placement on Vehicle:Left Part Brand:original GM Surface Finish:painted black

The item up for sale is a restored original GM 1967 Chevelle 4-speed clutch and brake pedal assembly. This is a one-year only item because the bracket and pedals are unique to 1967 Chevelles. They don't interchange with any other car. I disassembled it, sandblasted it, primed it and painted it black. Then I reassembled it with new pivot bushings along with some grease. I also installed new reproduction pedal pads, 2 new rubber bumpers and a new brake light switch. This assembly is in good condition although the bracket has a fair number of pits on it. It will be carefully packaged and shipped to your door in a timely manner. All you have to do is bolt it in. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking and please take a look at my other items, too.

Merc to revive straight six, plus 4cyl and smaller V8s

A friendly Mercedes engineer recently met CAR to disclose the engine plans for future models, including the surprise disclosure that Merc plans to switch to straight sixes, like its rivals over in Munich.  It's fair to say I almost choked on my breakfast croissant when I found out the details of the next MB engine generation which has just been signed off for release in 2015. Mercedes' future four-cylinder engines Again, there will be a family of new low-cost fours, and the big-bore V8s will be replaced by a series of downsized turbocharged 4.0-litre units.
