these sweet survivors have very nice chrome
these are right next to show quality typical GM chrome... a little dull on the clamp no pitting a couple specks but NO white oxidation spots on the chrome... they need a polish and wax... save alot over nos and have nearly the same quality... very nice pair |

One Lap of the Web: Rags to riches, Beetles to Porsches
Thu, 27 Feb 2014-- Joseph MacDonald parked his 1965 Beetle in front of a restaurant 41 years ago, and that was the last time he saw it. He might yet see it again today, as his stolen car -- now painted white, and with even more rust -- will reunite with him, through the providence of border patrol officers actually performing some due diligence. Jason Torchinsky -- who knows a thing or two about stolen Beetles -- notes that he was lucky enough not to have waited 40 years for his car to come back.
Suzuki Kizashi – Geneva launch
Fri, 29 Jan 2010Suzuki are to launch the Kizashi in Europe at the Geneva Motor Show in March What’s the Suzuki Kizashi, I hear you ask? But that’s about to change with a European launch at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
Aston Martin Sale: Mahindra & Investindustrial front runners
Sun, 25 Nov 2012It seems the battle to take a stake in Aston Martin has come down to a battle between Mahindra & Mahindra and Investindustrial. So far we’ve had Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata (owners of Jaguar Land Rover), Toyota and unnamed Chinese investors in the frame, but it seems the race to take a big chunk of Aston Martin Lagonda has come down to just two – Mahindra and Investindustrial.
