1968 1960s 1970s FORD 3/4 TON, REAR MAYBE 1 TON, OR 4X4 REAR TRUCK DOG DISH HUBCAP

RELISTED BECAUSE OF A NON PAYER

READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION PLEASE AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES...  HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED. THESE FORD CAPS ARE BECOMING A RARITY AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY  IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.   KIND OF FUNNY HOW WE USED TO FIND THESE CAPS ONCE IN A WHILE AND NOW WE NEVER DO. THERE IS ONE HUBCAP LISTED HERE.  ABOUT 12 INCHES TO 12 & 1/4 INCHES DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU MEASURE THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EDGE. THEY ARE ABOUT 4 & 1/2 INCHES DEEP.  POSSIBLY A 1 TON REAR OR 4X4 REAR AS MOST OF THESE WE FIND ARE ABOUT 3 & 1/2 INCHES IN DEPTH.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE THIS CAP HA LITTLE DAMAGE TOWARDS THE CENTER IN THE 8 O' CLOCK POSITION.  THERE ARE ASLO LITTLE  DINGS/SCRATCHES, BB SIZE TO THUMBPRINT. MUCH OF THIS IS ALONG THE EDGES &  THE SIDES .   SAME SAID FOR SCRATCHES.  MOSTLY ON THE SIDES PROBABLY FROM SCREWDRIVER REMOVAL ALONG THE WAY.   THERE IS ALSO PAINT WEAR.  JUST A GOOD OLD DOG DISH CAP GOOD FOR THE VEHICLE MISSING IT.  I RATE IT A 3 ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE RARITY & CONDITION. A GREAT DEAL. BUT AGAIN, A  USED HUBCAPS.  NOT A SHOW CAPS  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING.  NONETHELESS A BARGAIN AND REALLY GETTING HARD TO FIND.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST YEAR.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THESE.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 8000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

BMW brings Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) to drivers

Tue, 11 Oct 2011

BMW Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) Technology has made the driver’s life much easier in recent years, but there’s not much to make life easier when you get stuck at the back of a huge traffic jam. But BMW’s announcement that it will be offering Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) in its cars will help. A lot.

Final Corvette freed from museum sinkhole, and it ain't pretty

Thu, 10 Apr 2014

At last, our long national nightmare is over: All eight Corvettes sucked into the Bowling Green, Ky., National Corvette Museum sinkhole back in February are back at ground level. And there's a lot to be happy about. First and foremost, we're thankful no one was hurt in the incident, which happened in the early morning hours of Feb.

Fiat Punto Evo revealed

Mon, 31 Aug 2009

Fiat has revised the Grande Punto and given it a new name - The Fiat Punto Evo I’m not sure that a facelift – which is essentially what this is – calls for a new name, but Fiat say the Evo is different enough from the Grand Punto to make a new name sensible. Hmm. The nose of the Evo looks different from the Grand Punto, with new bumpers and lights, and Fiat say the interior is completely revised, and will include the option of Blue&Me-Tom-Tom – which manages telephone, SatNav and info systems through a colour touch screen.
