Oversize items such as hoods, some fenders, full floor pans and quarter panels will be shipped via truck freight pre-paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order, we ship Monday-Friday. Most fiberglass hoods have a current wait time of 2-4 weeks. Call or e-mail for details on the specific hood you are interested in. We will only ship to a verified street address if paying with a credit card. No P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses please. If you are a local customer and would like us to deliver your parts please call or email us. Additional charges may apply. We do ship to Canada and Internationally. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all additional taxes, duties, etc... on your order. We are not responsible if your order is held in customs for any reason.  Unfortunately, despite our best efforts at securely packaging your order, items occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts must be inspected at the time of delivery, regardless of the appearance of the box or boxes. Any damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier. If you fail to do this your claim may be denied. BMW i8 production car revealed – costs £99,845: Frankfurt 2013
Tue, 10 Sep 2013The new BMW i8 Hybrid (pictured) will cost £100k in the UK The BMW i8 jas finally arrived in production guise at the Frankfurt Motor show, neatly creating the top end of BMW’s new i-brand range after the BMW i3 underlined the starting point. Looking really quite appealing, the i8 uses the same carbon fibre reinforced plastic bodyshell and aluminium chassis construction as the i3, but whereas the i3 is built to be a city car, the i8 is the closest we’re likely to get to a 21st century version of the BMW M1. Similar in size to the Audi R8, the BMW i8 is a 2+2 with a 3-cylinder 1.5 litre engine and generator sitting at the back and driving the rear wheels and an electric motor at the front driving the front wheels, with a petrol tank at the back and the batteries for the electric motor stored in the centre tunnel.

Mon, 01 Jul 2013The Alfa Romeo 4C (pictured) out on track – on video The Alfa Romeo 4C has been on its way for longer than it should have been. But Alfa Romeo finally got round to revealing the 4C in prodiction spec at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and visitors to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed later this month will get to see the 4C strutting its stuff up the hillclimb. But ahead of that dynamic debut, Alfa has released new video of the 4C out playing on the Balocco Racetrack in Italy, with a few wailing exhausts notes but far to much dramatic music as a soundtrack.
Top Gear: Clarkson, Hammond & May sign for another 3 years
Fri, 28 Sep 2012It’s been revealed that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have signed up for another 3 years of Top Gear. There may not be a new series of Top Gear on its way until 2013, but we now know that Top Gear as we know it – with Jeremy, Richard and James – is safe for another three years after the trio signed a new deal with the BBC, tying them in to Top Gear until 2016. So, despite the naysayers claiming Top Gear has had its day and will end soon, we can guarantee another three years of the nation’s (and the world’s) favourite car entertainment programme.
