1969 NOVA Windshield - MINT-MINT-MINT!

Lightly used windshield out of a 9,300 original mile Nova coupe. Glass is tinted (obviously) and is pretty much perfect.  The car was a very late production (3rd week of July, 1969) example.   No glass delamination. Very clean with little or no pitting. Exceptionally nice windshield. Will fit 1968 -72 Nova models (and others).  Much of today's replacement glass is made off-shore (far east). This is an original L-O-F tinted piece.  Very, very nice example.

No Reserve Auction!

SHIPPING!!!  Please Note:  I ship worldwide, but need your ZIP (Postal Code) to calculate exact shipping costs.  Packaging for the windshield is an additional cost. Thank You!

Tue, 06 Mar 2007

Shrinking oil reserves, global warming, failed political administration policies, the car as an avatar, industrial humanism and the motorized shoe were just a few of the topics and ideas discussed at the Art Center College of Design 'Designing Sustainable Mobility' conference, held in California in February. For the designers in the room, a bright light was shone from BMW's Chris Bangle. A lively speaker with an optimistic speech giving us terms like "Industrial Humanism" and "design with meaning".

BMW 5-series (2010) photos and video of new F10

Mon, 23 Nov 2009

Let’s start with the tech: BMW claims the new 5-series is the first car in its class to feature start-stop tech, an eight-speed automatic transmission and double wishbone front suspension. The new 5-series is also the first BMW to get the company's new Park Assist tech, slotting the car into a space by twiddling the wheel, leaving the driver to operate on the accelerator and brake pedals. A bit like a VW Touran, then.
