I bought this motor several years ago from a fellow who was in bad health and he was
selling off everything out of his garage

He had a 1968 Barracuda that he purchased many years ago and decided he wanted to build a formula S clone so

He replaced the 340 with a Big block and the added the formula S hood

He said this motor ran very strong

The 727 torque flight Transmission had a kit put in it to make it a manual shift only I do have the valve body he did

gave me the valve body to put back to fully automatic,  I will include it as well

Motor turn free and is complete minus the alternator
it has a newer electronic distributor

Rough estimate $400.00

Land Rover Defender revised

Tue, 20 Mar 2007

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 20 March 2007 07:17 It's just the same old Defender, isn't it? It sure is, but Land Rover says it has been comprehensively upgraded. That’s good news: a replacement is some years away and the current car has roots dating back to 1948.

Peugeot 2008 DKR heading for the Dakar Rally. Not that it looks much like a 2008

Tue, 15 Apr 2014

The Peugeot 2008 DKR (pictured) is heading for the Dakar Rally After steering clear of the Dakar Rally for a quarter of a century, Peugeot is back in the endurance rally game with the Peugeot 2008 DKR, a rally car that shares its name with Peugeot’s 2008 Crossover – but little else. Instead of the almost cutesy looks of the 2008, the 2008 DKR gets looks that could have come from Mad Max with a sinister-looking black paint job, just two doors, short overhangs for better obstacle negotiation, 37″ off-road tyres and a thumping great wing at the back. Unlike most cars that tackle the Dakar, Peugeot has decided that rear-wheel-drive is the way to go as it allows for bigger wheels and more suspension travel, rather than the four-wheel-drive preferred by the majority of entrants.

Fiat at the Paris motor show 2008

Fri, 03 Oct 2008

By Ben Barry Motor Shows 03 October 2008 09:29 No new cars for Fiat at Paris, so the spotlight fell on environmental initiatives. A five-times life-size white Fiat 500 presided over a stand occupied entirely by pearl white 500s, Bravos, Sedicis, Cromas and Qubos. These cars were set on a Simpsons sky-like floor of blue and white over which the usual high quality of Fiat ladies strolled.
