1968 THRU 1982 CORVETTE SPARE TIRE TUB WITH "Y" BRKT. ORIGINAL G.M. TAKE OFF, BEEN IN DRY STORAGE FOR YEARS. CONDITION: AVERAGE OR ABOVE - TUB HAS A DEFECT ON ONE SIDE, APPROX. 4 INCHES IN LENGTH. THE TUB APPEARS TO HAVE RUBBED ON THE MUFFLER ON THAT SIDE. THIS CAN BE EASILY REPAIRED WITH MINIMAL AMOUNT OF LABOR TIME. NO SIGN OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE "Y" BRKT. BOTH ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR PAINT, ETC. AND RIVETED TOGETHER. IT DOES NOT COME WITH ANY MOUNTING BOLTS/HARDWARE. We had our doubts that the Renault Alpine A110-50 photo we published earlier this week was real, but it seems it was; which goes to show we should really lock up our scepticism more securely. And now, as promised, Renault has revealed their first Alpine in almost twenty years in the A110-50, a car that has the underpinnings of the Megane Trophy and a body that seems to owe most of its DNA to the electric Renault DeZir Concept.
