What you are viewing is an NOS complete right hand bed side with inner wheel well and adjacent metal panels. This is factory correct for Ford trucks 1970-1972. As you can see in all the pictures it is in great condition. On the inside of the wheel well there is light surface rust due to sitting around. That will clean up very easy. There is one small ding on the right front bottom wheel opening also shown in the picutres. And it may also have a few other small dings but nothing major. This will work on the 1967-1969 models it is just the 1970-1972 models have the light reflector along the seam of the bed panel. And the 1967-1969 models did not have this. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. I am advertising it as to be picked up by the buyer. It is such a big item I do not know what shipping would cost or how to package it. Feds look at Toyota electronics as source of accelerator defects
Tue, 02 Feb 2010The U.S. Department of Transportation is looking into whether Toyota Motor Corp.'s problems with unintended acceleration can be traced to defects in the electrical controls rather than just the mechanical problems cited by the automaker, a Transportation official said Tuesday. “We're not finished with Toyota and are continuing to review possible defects and monitor the implementation of the recalls,” Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said in a statement.
