1970-72 Grand Prix Green Console
This console is in very good condition. It is correct for 1970 based not only on the location of the key lock but also the tire pressure sticker which was added in 1970. 1971-72 this sticker appeared along with a maintenance checklist sticker inside the lid. The vinyl is in good condition although a little dry but has been maintained and stored using Meguiar products to try and keep it the vinyl from further drying out. It is not altered or color dyed and the only issues are that which can be seen in the pictures displaying cracks in the vinyl where it did become brittle. Lotus's new 2010 Elise dips below 150g/km of CO2

Lotus is getting combative with the new Elise, pointing out that the Elise weighs just 876kg – while the Porsche Boxster sends the scales spinning to 1334kg.So how come the new Lotus Elise is so clean?The aerodynamics are 4% smoother, according to Lotus, while a smaller Toyota 1.6-litre VVT-i engine is downsized by 200cc compared with the outgoing 1.8, yet produces the same power.The new 2011 model year (but on sale now in 2010) shows the benefits of lightweight: it'll hit 60mph in 6.0sec.

Wed, 10 Dec 2008I’m not too sure it will help much with sales at the moment, but it has been announced that Aston Martin are to become the first company to use Microsoft’s Surface Device in UK Car showrooms. The Surface device is in essence a glitzy coffee table, with a built in PC running the new software from Microsoft. Based on the software Aston Martin currently uses on its website, the device allows the salesman to configure the car on a coffee table screen, with changes of colour and wheels showing on the screen.
