“Here's a very nice original used 1970-74 Challenger, Cuda, Barracuda interior top of windshield area painted textured metal moulding that runs between the two plastic A-pillar mouldings that it connects up with. This one is still its original black color, but it could be easily scuffed down some and painted whatever color your interior is. No rust or pits. A very clean piece. Not dented, dinged, or bent. All mounting holes look good. For mint cars, I'd scuff it and paint it again just to have paint really crisp and new looking. Getting hard to find these E-body ones.”

 Up for your auction bids is this very nice original used 1970-74 Mopar E-body (Challenger, Barracuda, Cuda) hardtop interior painted textured moulding, that mounts up by front edge of headliner next to top of windshield.  It gets screwed on to interior of roof area, and hides and protects the front edge of headliner on these cars.  It is currently painted its original black color, but could be easily sanded down a little and re-painted the color of your interior.  This trim moulding mounts between the plastic A-pillar mouldings on these cars,and measures approx. 42" overall length.

Featured interior painted metal moulding has no damage.  Nothing is bent, dented, drilled, pitted, or badly rusted.  Overall, a very clean original moulding. Texturing is all good. All screw mounting holes are good too.  The paint is original and pretty decent condition still.  For real nice cars, you may want to sand it down just a little and then re-paint it in color of your choice.  Should look about mint then. 

Don't miss this often hard to find trim piece, if your car's is missing, damaged, rusted- out, or altered.  Not available in any reproduction format that I know of, so not getting any easier to come by.  Be sure to put in that good bid today at my realistic opening bid price on this piece.  Satisfaction warranty.  Thanks for stopping in to look and bid!

Speed launches Internet channel as pipeline to show more races

The Speed Channel, usually relegated to the upper-hundreds on the cable-channel spectrum, is launching a new broadband channel on the Internet. Speed2 will only be available to current Speed subscribers and will have at least a dozen race series that normally don't make it to the TV channel. Subscribers of the cable channel will go through a short authentication process to access the network.

All of these cars achieve CO2 figures below 120g/km, which places them in the UK's VED tax band B and, according to Volvo, makes them the most efficient cars in their respective classes. UK sales start in January 2009.

Top Gear Helicopter crashes filming Corvette ZR1 Race (video)

A helicopter filming a Top Gear episode for the Korean version of the show has crashed while filming a race with a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. We take for granted the stunning aerial shots Top Gear mixes in to its feature pieces. They often look stunning and give a huge sense of scale and drama.
