This motor does need some love the shift shaft is wore I did get it to go through all the gears but the shift shaft may need to be replaced. There is jb weld on the bottom around the drain plug but it does not leak. This would be a great start to your restoration. what you see in the pics it what you get. It will be officially unveiled to the public, along with the Aston Martin Vantage S, at the 2011 Geneva motor show next week. Numbers are easy to understand, so let’s start with the figures produced by the 6.0-litre V12 shared between the trio: the DB9 has 470bhp and 442lb ft, the DBS 510bhp and 420lb ft, and the Virage sits neatly between the two with 490bhp and 420lb ft.
‘Hidden’ damage on hire cars costing drivers

A survey conducted by YouGov found that 37% of business travellers found damage to their hired vehicle which was not marked down on the documentation when they collected the car. This could lead to the user being charged for the damage and liable to lose any insurance excess amount – which could be as much as £2,000.
