This is the front fender and bracket off of a 1971 Suzuki TC100 motorcycle. I know that this will also fit a 1973 TS100, and it may fit other models/years as well. There are no bolts, but these can be picked up a local hardware store.

Renault-Nissan and Mitsubishi to join forces
