This is a Remanufactured carburetor correct for 1974 Chevy / GMC Truck 350/400 all transmissions. Fits and can be used on 1974 Camaro, Corvette, Malibu, Monte Carlo, Nova & El Camino. 1974 to78 Chevy/GMC Trucks with a 350 or 400 small block engines and all transmissions. With divorce style chokes ( intake mounted stat/ spring & linkage ) Perfect for a stock engine that needs a little kick. Or a engine with some modifications . If your updating a older car / truck ( pre 1973 ) to the newer overdrive transmission , you'll need this carb. for the trans cable to work correctly. Fit stock & Edelbrock performance intakes with divorce choke set up. This carb puts the best tuning in the best carb the Rochester & Carters of 1974. The Jets are .077/ 48 metering rods & CH rear metering rods with a 7036019 power piston spring.  Custom built to fit and be used on most 1974-78 Chevy 350 & 400 engines with divorce style chokes . And can be used to replace 1968-73 carbs. This carburetor looks, fits & works the way the original did. I hand pick my carburetors. Inspect , clean, service and return each to original specs. Chrysler gets improved performance and handling marks from Consumer Reports

Chrysler Group is making strides to improve handling and performance of its vehicles, but the gains vary from model to model, according to tests by Consumer Reports magazine. The magazine said Tuesday that its recent tests of eight 2011 Chrysler Group models found advances in performance, interior fit and finish and handling. But it said the level of refinement in some vehicles still lags behind rivals.
