Up for consideration is this mostly complete Triumph TR6 engine. The serial number on the block is CF24432UE. My research tells me this came from a 1974 TR6, carbureted model. As you can see from the photos, engine is missing a few items such as carburetors, alternator, fuel pump, fan, distributor cap and wires. I have a flywheel for it which is included, but not pictured. I have never personally heard this engine run, so I am selling it as a core, in "as is"condition. The previous owner was a knowledgable Triumph guy who removed it from the car and told me it was a good running spare engine for his TR6. I would not be hesitant to hook gas up to this engine and give it a try if I needed a engine for a TR6, but NO GUARANTEES.... It turns over easy with a socket wrench and seems to have good compression, but I have no way to accurately check it. Engine has been stored in a garage for about 25 years. Local pickup of this engine is OK, if paid in full in advance. I have a cherry picker engine hoist and will help load it up. Shipping will be the responsibility of the winning bidder/ buyer.
