Led Tail Lights (2) Here is a your chance to update your tail lights with the new led technology. It just couldn't get any easier! Remove your old lens and bulb, insert the socket and put the screws back in (you may need to replace your flasher with the led version). These tail lights have 25 super bright red led's. They use epoxy coated, fully sealed electronics on solid state circuit boards. All the led's light up for tail lights and all get brighter for stop/turn. Add this bit of custom look today. The led's are instant on and off. Almost unnatural! They are so fast NHRA had to re-calculate the Christmas Tree when they converted. Low current so they run cool. Tremendous life span. They measure about 5" OD. The listing is for a pair. A customer has reported the original screws are too short. The plastic legs must be trimmed to match the original for 1979. Bernie Ecclestone's daughter buys pricey house in Los Angeles
Tue, 14 Jun 2011After nearly three years, Candy Spelling has finally found a buyer for her Los Angeles mansion (which some would call a castle)--the daughter of Formula One commercial boss Bernie Ecclestone. Petra Ecclestone, 22, will be the new owner of the 57,000-square-foot home in Holmby Hills, according to the Wall Street Journal. Spelling was asking $150 million for the joint, which puts it among the most expensive homes in the country, according to the newspaper.
Nissan LEAF: Fleet sales double
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Nissan has revealed that fleet sales of its electric LEAF have doubled in the UK, with overall Nissan fleet sales up 9 per cent. Sales of electric cars are not exactly stellar, but there is a light at the end of a very long tunnel shining dimly on UK EV sales – the fleet sector. Nissan has reported that its fleet sales in the UK – with 89 per cent of all fleets sales of cars actually built in the UK – has risen by 9 per cent so far in 2012, but the Nissan LEAF EV has seen its fleets sales more than double.
