Removed from a 1977 15HP Evinrude 15704M. 
In good condition with no cracks.
The Applique is cracked and the seal has a 1" split & shows wear.
There are a few scratches & paint loss as shown in pictures.
Overall, in good useable condition

This is a used part and has been cleaned,
 but may need additional cleaning prior to installation.
