PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING...

NOS or new old stock does not mean the part is mint or even perfect.  NOS means it is new, has never been installed on a car, and is old stock from the time period.  NOS parts may have small imperfections such as shelf wear or manufacturer flaws.  I try to accurately describe the parts I sell but I can and do make mistakes just like everyone else.   I do not have a return policy unless I describe a part totally incorrect.  I do not take parts back that have been installed, fried as in electrical parts, or you just changed your mind as in buyer’s regret.  If you have any doubts about the condition or application of the item being sold, then please ask questions before bidding.

Secrets of bidders: Is this your year to steal a car at the Arizona auctions?

Wed, 14 Jan 2009

Each January, enthusiasts flock to Arizona for the most exciting events on the auction calendar. Seven companies--Barrett-Jackson, RM Auctions, Gooding & Co., Russo and Steele, Kruse International, ICA Auctions and Silver Auctions--will duke it out, with more than 3,000 collector cars on the block. But with real estate tanking, the economy in a tailspin, consumer confidence at an all-time low, retail car sales bottoming and automakers begging for loans in Washing-ton, is this any time to buy an old car at auction?

Lamborghini Huracan racks up 700 orders ahead of a Geneva debut

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

The new Lamborghini Huracan (pictured) secures 700 orders before a public debut The new Lamborghini Huracan – the long-awaited replacement for the Lamborghini Gallardo – was revealed just before Christmas and has been doing a tour of private reveals to Lamborghini faithful around the world. Those private presentations look like they’ve been quite a success, with Lamborghini reporting 700 secured orders for the Huracan already – half the average annual orders of the Gallardo in just a month – before it’s even been publicly revealed. With styling that owes more than a passing nod to the Aventador, 602bhp from its 5.2 litre V10 and 4WD, the Huracan is an appealing mid-engined supercar from Lamborghini, especially has Lamborghini seem to have worked hard to increase the quality of construction and materials used.

The Rapid Spaceback - it sounds like the kind of name you'd give to the world's fastest car. Or some kind of spaceship. But no, the Rapid Spaceback is the latest offering from Skoda and it's making its debut right here at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
