This fixed price auction offers a set of four unique and rare 1991-93 Mustang 5.0 Pony style wheels. They are brand new in the box.SIZE AND SPECIFICATIONS : The set of wheels offered here for sale contains two 17 x 8” argent Pony R® wheels and two 17 x 9” argent Pony R® wheels.

FITMENT : These wheels will fit 1979-93 Foxbody Mustangs with 5lug rotors and stock length 5 lug rear axles. The rear wheels will also work with 5 lug rear disc brake kits as long as you have Fox length axles. Please note that you will have to remove the quad shocks for the 10" rear wheels to fit. Whatever your brake/suspension setup, we have wheels for your application!
FINISH AND CARE : These wheels are painted using a base coat/clear coat process. This results in a hardy finish that looks great and lasts a long time. We do not use powder coating since the high temperatures used to cure the paint would change the mechanical properties of the aluminum by as much as 15%, making the wheel more brittle. Powder coating was developed for iron products, not high-tech alloy wheels. All you have to do is keep a good layer of regular auto wax on them.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY : These wheels are DOT approved and tested to TUV standards, which are the highest in the wheel industry. These wheels have a lifetime warranty on structure and one year on the finish. The finish is for covered for bubbling, peeling, discoloration, and flaking.

Pontiac Vibe: GM to kill model in August
Thu, 18 Jun 2009The Pontiac Vibe is meeting its demise in August. General Motors said Thursday afternoon that it will end production of the small wagon as part of its long-term viability plan and the wind-down of the Pontiac brand. Production of Vibes for the 2010 model year began in March.
