This is a nice complete front fairing assembly from a 1981 Honda GoldWing GL1100 Interstate. Fits 1980-1983 GL1100 models. It is in nice condition, see pictures. Includes everything you see: headlight assembly, storage pocket covers, key, chrome mirrors, a nice clear windshield, fairing mounting bracket, etc. It also includes a nice CB radio but I'm not sure if it works because it seems that it was never completely hooked up. This fairing is in very nice condition, no cracks or broken pieces, just a few light scratches. Color is Cosmo Black Metallic. Much cheaper than new retail price. Ford Escort returns – for China: Shanghai Motor Show
Sun, 21 Apr 2013The Ford Escort Concept has been built by Ford with the aim of taking a sizeable chunk of China’s compact saloon market – estimated at 5.5 million sales a year – and looks remarkably production viable and far from ‘budget’. Escort is a badge China knows – there are plenty of old Escorts floating around Chinese roads – so it’s a sensible move by Ford to revive a badge that already resonates as a compact, affordable saloon with Chinese car buyers. This new Escort gets a proper version of Ford’s latest design language – including the Aston Martin grill – and has good lines and strong detail including jeweled headlights with the lucky Chinese ’8′ discernible ; it looks entirely cohesive and nothing like a Focus with a boot grafted on.

Concept Car of the Week: Chevrolet Express (1987)
Fri, 25 Jan 2013A fantastic selection of concept cars from the ‘80s were featured in Back to the Future II such as the Pontiac Pursuit, the Ford Probe or the Saab EV-1, but my personal favorite was the Chevrolet Express that almost ran over Marty upon his arrival in the year 2015. Before being a movie extra, the Express was presented in 1987 as another attempt from GM to adapt aircraft engineering to automotive requirements. GM had been experimenting with gas turbines for more than 20 years, dating back to the 370hp XP-21 Firebird from 1954, but that concept was quite primitive compared to its younger brother.
