 I am parting out this 1984 Harley Tourglide.  $1200 for the frame and swing arm.  i'd like $2200 for the  complete rolling frame.  the  fairing  , $250.     this bike has a clear North Carolina salvage title.   in my name, NOT the insurance company.  so you can get it transferred to you and get your own reconstructed motorcycle title.  brand new battery  $40 !   everything but the motor / transmission / complete primary.  motor with S&S carb runs great. it sounds like something has been done to it.  come hear it before you buy   it sounds like it has a cam in it  !   the motor / tranny combo  will go for $2200.   the 16 spoked wheels and tires, $600  the fairing. $250. the fairing has a crack at the middle / bottom.  one of the mount brackets was broke in the accident.  I replaced the crashbar.   the speedometer and its speedometer  fairing with, 11,849 miles on the speedo.  $300.  . the complete bike, $4000.   the gas tank, both fenders and the left side cover,  $650 with free shipping !   call me and we'll talk on how to get these parts to you.  any questions, please call  (252)  339-1972 thanks !  theres 200 people looking at this frame.  please let me know what I am doing wrong.  thanks !

GM shifts gears, will keep Opel

General Motors' board of directors has decided that it will keep the Opel business and restructure it, putting an end to plans to sell the European operations to auto supplier Magna International. GM said it expects the restructuring of Opel to cost $4.42 billion (3 million euros), which it says is lower than the costs associated with outside bids for the company. GM said it will soon present its restructuring plans for Opel to the German government and other governments in Europe.

General Motors combines smartphone functions with the Chevrolet Volt

General Motors is bringing together two of the hottest areas of technology--smartphones and plug-in electric cars. GM's OnStar telematics unit has developed a downloadable application that will let Chevrolet Volt drivers use a Blackberry Storm, Apple iPhone or Motorola Droid to remotely control and monitor some vehicle functions, such as charging. The Volt is slated to go into production late this year and arrive in California utility company fleets by early 2011.
