Abarth 500C: Hot Fiat Convertible at Geneva

Fiat are debuting the convertible hot Fiat 500 - the Abarth 500C - at the Geneva Motor Show It’s taken Fiat a very long time to catch up with the story we ran in July last year. We’d heard that Fiat were planning a hot version of the hugely successful Fita 500C – the convertible – in the form of the Abarth 500C. We then got confirmation that the Abarth 500C was coming in October and finally we’ve learnt  that Fiat will be taking the new Abarth 500C to the Geneva Motor Show next week.

Charles Morgan to build rival cars

Sacked Morgan boss Charles Morgan is to set up new sports car company that he says will rival the 104-year-old British car manufacturer that bears his family name and recently dismissed him. In a report in the Telegraph, Charles is quoted as saying his new company will “build on the innovation and heritage of my grandfather”. Warning for 'morning after' drivers

MOTORIST DON'T KNOW when it is safe to drive the morning after drinking, according to an AA/Populus survey. As many as 56% of the 21,165 surveyed were unaware of the "morning-after" dangers, with those from north east and north west the biggest culprits, the poll found. In the survey, drivers were asked that if they started drinking at 9pm and drank a total of 12 units of alcohol over three hours when they thought they would legally be allowed to drive again.
